Since it became Pocatello Athletic, many new improvements have been made while still maintaining its small gym charm. 
It's an excellent place to train.

I enjoy working out here and have been a member for over a year. Last week I came on this site and vented about my experience I had just had.  Today I realized I had never written any of my good experiences which out numbered the bad.  So I deleted my vent and want to say this is a nice simple gym with nice staff and members.  Oh and in case you saw the vent or was told about it I decided to invest in better ear plugs and today couldn't hear anything by my music.  Lesson learned is figure out the solution before complaining about your problems.
