Top class gym! This is a long overdue review, I have been a member for over a decade, but over the last two years I have gained a true appreciation for what we have here in Pocatello. I started training with Conor in 2024 with intention to participate in a triathlon. I finished my first triathlon that spring. I continued training for the next year and cut my time in half at the same race one year later. The advice he gave me on nutrition and strength training was presented in a way I could retain it. Thank you!!nnThe rest of the facility including equipment, pool, saunas, kids klub! I appreciate it all and never have any issues when using them!

The vibes are great, the equipment is solid, and it’s a place that actually makes you want to show up.nnHUGE shout-out to Ty — he’s awesome at what he does, super motivating, and always knows how to push you while keeping workouts fun. Training with him has been such a great experience and has made a big difference for me.nn10/10 recommend!

Clean facility. Friendly staff. Offers the amenities one would expect from a top tier gym such as group fitness, diverse array of machines, free weights, cardio equipment, nutrition and hydration bar, apparel store, this list could go on. Also has a fantastic tanning and massage business located next door to help address any hard worked muscles!

Please stop with toxic air freshener they are hormonal disrupting and the new leg land hall light are to close to the cardio deck the LED bulbs are toxic too! I I’m working out to improve my health NOT harm it! Just my 2cents

Gold’s gym is so great! The staff is friendly and kids Klub is amazing. They update equipment often and keep the gym very clean. Will always recommend them.
