This food just melts in your mouth! I wokr up this morning craving more! We are from out of town and made a trip just to try the food. Definitely worth it! The inside is nice and open and the setup/decor is welcoming. The owner came over and introduced himself and asked how things were and gave us a little background on the food and establishment. We appreciated it! The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because the rest of the staff was not very helpful nor pleasant, unfortunately. I'd like to think it was just an "off" day.. for all three of the ladies we encountered. That being saud, we will be coming in to eat every time we go through Longview!
So good. I was missing Dave's BBQ since I moved down here and I guess I found my replacement. The honey butter is delicious. Try the poutin fries it's worth it! The meat was almost perfect. 5 more minutes in the smoker and it would've been fall off the bone. Will definitely be back.
Talk about a BURGER!!! The Monster Meathead burger will have your back if you are hungry and fill your stomach to the max! We left well satisfied and will be coming back very soon! One thing we added to this Monster was blue cheese and what a tasty combo with the Smokey BBQ flavors.
I've been to this place four times, each time hoping the previous time was some random off day for the staff. I was wrong and my 4th experience only amplified the poor quality of food, lack of personality by the staff and overall feel of emptiness. Although this place has pool tables and a stage for live music and multiple dart boards, their other shortcomings far outweigh the novelty of bar games. The chef or some other management type has decided that this establishment needs not one but over five of its own signature BBQ sauces, which is quite an endeavor. Well this attempt has resulted in failure. One sauce being cherry this or mango that even a horseradish type sauce. All of the sauces lack flavor or depth. Furthermore, the overall impression of Southern BBQ is just not alive in Longview Washington with this restaurant. The food is unremarkable, the fries are bland and tasteless, the pulled pork is underseasoned and the brisket was embarrassingly below expectations. The staff, namely Carla was unpleasant and should probably rethink her role in the restaurant industry. Even the bathrooms at this restaurant are dirty and tacky with urinals made from old beer kegs. PNW Meat Heads, leave the BBQ to Austin, Memphis or St Louis. If you're in Longview Washington and considering BBQ, skip this place. Your wallet and tastebuds will thank you.
Definitely would come back if I’m the area. Waitress was sarcastic and funny, inside had a good vibe, and all our food was good for lunch. No issue with the price considering the time that goes into smoked food and the price of labor. I had the big monster burger and it was delicious and generous in size. All their sauces were good but like any bbq do not compare it to “back in insert state”.
Food is good I love all their barbecue sauces. Service; however, is always poor and I'm very easy to please. Last time restaurant was slow and still took 5 mins to get recognized at the front door. Got ignored by staff. Bartender had no customer service and wasn't pleasant at all. Not a very welcoming restaurant. I recommend ordering to go.

The food is trash , been here a few times the meat is ALWAYS cold , they take it back saying they re made my dish but didn’t just warmed it up and it’s still cold like I said I been here a few times just hoping it was a mistake but it’s not they just don’t care . Only good thing about this place is the guitar player ok weekends for the bar that’s it’s don’t eat here GO TO APPLEBEES
We usually see Jade, Taelor and Kehlani I’m so sorry if I spelt it wrong They are always speedy, bubbly and AMAZING servers and the best part is we’ve had the privilege of befriending some of the bartenders because of how wonderful they are! We usually visit Sunday-Friday and we always have a great time. The atmosphere is laid back, it’s either hard rock or country and some nights the DJ plays old R&B/Hip Hop and it takes us back to the good ole times. I would definitely recommend coming here if you don’t like “preppy” bars that always have fights or drama. It’s a bar we’ve all been missing in town. The people who karaoke are freaking amazing and it’s definitely a step up from typical bar food. I would definitely give this bar a try before crossing it off. You won’t be disappointed if you like smoked meat, old school rock, country and good karaoke. Take it from a couple of regulars. They’ll treat you as if you’re regular too
All the food I've had here has been fantastic, the staff are great, the bar side has pool, darts, and does karaoke sometimes. My only complaint is that it can get a little too loud for my liking sometimes, but I might be in the minority on that one.Food: 5/5
