Don Angel Taquería

Chicken taquitos are delicious here. The beef taco salad was really great. The place is clean. The menu is huge with everything pictured. Wayyyyy better than new moon looked before they moved out. The murals are amazing and the staff friendly.

I have never been disappointed in the food here, it's delicious! The Caldo De Res is the best! Everything I have ever tried is so good. Clean inside, super friendly service and the drive thru is quick too. Salsa bar and pickled veggies are an added bonus. Will definitely go back again and again!

We ordered dinner to go so I can’t comment on service. However, the food was nasty! My dinner tasted like the refried beans from a TV dinner, canned rice with no flavor, enchilada sauce was dark and thick and heavily over spiced, and no cheese in the cheese enchilada iit was all thick Massa like a tamale, sour cream was dumped on everything! I could only get through half the meal. My husband had a burrito and he described it as “eh”. It’s right up there with the worst Mexican food we’ve ever had. We won’t be going back.

Good enough for the local hillbillies but that's it. Started doordash too late we all hate you already.i hope all your customers get cold food. Another chain mexican joint in longview! But this one is exceptional. Not only is the food more reasonably priced than local stalwarts like Don Pedro and Victorico's, but the portion sizes are larger and the food is very good. Please don't mess with Chipotle down the road, people. You can get a Victorico's experience at Don Pedro's prices at Don Angel. I truly do mourn New Moon, the restaurant that inhabitated this space, for many many years, and was a local icon, but I have lots of hope for Don Angel in the same space to succeed as both a drive through spot serving people coming from ocean beach highway but also shoppers at triangle mall and students at Mark Morris. It's a great option for lunch as well for office workers in downtown longview looking for breakfast or lunch or even something to pick up on the way home. All in all, it's a great addition to the Longview restaurant scene. Please do order light mayo on your tortas, though, or no mayo, unless you really like the stuff. Standard burritos come with pico de gallo inside and you may want to ask for that off if you don't like that burrito style. But they are very accommodating and will make you what you like! Great fully bilingual service, fast orders, and consistently quality food are what to expect at Don Angel.

Food is good, wait is a little long for a drive through but great speed for call in orders. Their mexican food is awesome, american food.. may be improving. French fries their Verde sauce is great, but they never give us enough They keep forgetting the tortillas with the chicken fajitas. Taquitos are a good price, i don't normally have taquitos with refried beans. Feels like a cheap filler. For $1.60 more you get twice the taquitos at junior's tacos. With no beans i might add
