I have eaten atJimmyJohns for yrs. First in San Diego CA and now in Longview. My husband and I like their sandwiches very much. Always freshen and high quality, veggies, meat and bread. I even got their sandwich platter for a club meeting last mo. and that to was excellent.

This place is Usually speedy friendly and delicious that was not the case today I came in about 5:30 ordered 2 giant sandwiches I was the only customer there were 3 employees behind the counter it took over 32 minutes for them to make my 2 sandwiches not only did they take forever doing it They were completely made wrong And the gentleman working behind the counter with his Gray sweater was letting it drag through the Buns and sandwiches on the counter I ended up just throwing away my lunch that I spent over $40 on Unfortunately the new employees Aren't very sanitary And they would rather talk and drag their feet than produce an order definitely not coming back

I had ordered many times from their restaurant in Longview and had deliveries made to my address and now all of a sudden they can’t deliver to me because they say I live outside the city but they deliver right across the street to my neighbors and they have delivered to me a half a dozen times over the last year. I think loyalty to customers and customer service has really gone down the drain.

Despite going through staffing issues, this place is still pretty much what you'd expect. Even when they messed up my order once, the employee was friendly and driven to find a solution.Food: 4/5

We always order take out. Good food. And speedy service. I love the lettuce wraps. Dietary restrictions: The lettuce wraps are excellent if you want to avoid the carbs. High-quality ingredients.

We ordered through the app. I was very disappointed because all of my families sandwiches were made wrong. My kids sandwiches had Dijon mustard when I asked for regular mustard. Their kids, they don't do spicy. I requested Dijon on mine with extra mayo and non was put on my sandwich at all. These were meals with drinks and the drinks were nothing but ice and very little soda. I have not dealt with Jimmy John's messing up orders and let alone this bad. I'm not if I want to order from there again. Especially if I'm paying a big amount.

Nice and clean. Pretty consistent JJ's with onramp for wheelchair access to the door before the curb in front of parking. Small parking area but most customers are drive by customers.

"Out of bread due to MASSIVE catering order" Why would you accommodate a last minute catering order that would wipe out your inventory? How could you miss this on your truck order if you had proper notice? To add, the employees walked out with bags full of sandwiches.

Thank God I don't live out here and won't be returning. The entire store smelled like body odor and cigarette smoke. I ordered a simple frenchi, they gave me all bread and only a couple peices of meat. Ew!
