Darn it, I was so disappointed they were sold out of roast beef for the night and settled on the club turkey wrap... I know.. Who does this at Arby's right? Here's the thing.. It didn't disappoint. Turkey, bacon, purple onion, honey mustard, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and an artisan wrap! So good and filling. Very reasonable in price. I only thought I wanted roast beef! ‍
I really like Arby's. It is one of my favorite places to get a quick bite. This was my first time at this location and it was super disappointing. Let me start by saying that the ladies in the drive through were friendly, but I had to repeat myself 3 times while ordering. I feel like the order taker was distracted and not really listening. Then I had to wait more than 10 minutes for my food, so I was surprised when the fries were cold but the sandwich had been over microwaved. I did not eat it for 5 or 10 minutes and it was still blazing hot. I would encourage management to focus on their quality controls. Oh and if you haven't tried their burger, you should!
I had a coupon and they had some trouble punching it in, so they ended up discounting the meal even more than the coupon would have AND they let me keep the coupon. Great service. My food was hot and very good. Great job. Too bad all fast food places aren't this good.Food: 5/5
I love Arby's. I feel they are underrated in our area. They turnovers are yummy. The roast beef quality could be better but overall is a good value.
Food was horrible, customer service even worse, overall experience -5 stars. Should just close the place down. Also, the last 4 times that I have been there, no matter the time of day, they do not have roast beef available!Food: 1/5
We weren't able to get her name, but the woman working the closing shift on 04/02/23 45 minutes before closing at the window was such a sweetheart. Great attitude, customer service, and friendly!
I got 1 curl in my fry. The rest was bits and pieces and crinkle cut mixed in. All I wanted was curly fries. My fiancé got 3 sliders and those were mainly bread little meat.Food: 1/5
