I have 2 flat deck rolltites and 3 step deck rolltites all purchased within the last 3 years from Ocean trailer in Calgary. They were great for the first 3 months and ever since has been a constant battle to keep them together. design flaws are the little rivets on the bottom of the curtain, they come loose, rub and wear a big hole in the curtain that then needs a patch with and even bigger washer that continuously keeps wearing the curtain and needing repair.....at customer expense!! The back flap and bar has waaay to much play which has led to the bar rubbing on the I bolt and continues to break the I bolts and wear on the bar. We have tried rubbers on the bar to take the play out but then bends the I bolt and once again breaks! The step decks have a lot of issues staying tight and breaking the screws that connect the track to the side of the trailer. It takes 2 people to open the curtain and have heard the same issues with several other customers! Ocean trailer and Chameleon can't agree as to why these issues are occurring continually and neither want to cover cost of repair. Do yourself a favor and go with another company for your rolltite needs. We will be taking these off our trailers asap and all new trailers will not be getting Chameleon tarp system! the amount of down time with these is not ideal. Nick ETS Express LTD
