So I'll talk about the worst experience at a garage that I have ever had. The workers are amazing and honestly very nice but the owner is the rudest person I've ever met. 
I went in to get a small alignment, pretty simple. I was then told I needed to replace two parts to even get the alignment. I asked if it would fix a click that I was hearing previously and the owner said "yes". The next day I bring my car in and talk to the mechanic who told me when I asked the same question that it would not fix it but he would check it out. I then got called the next day and estimated another 350$ on my already 700$ job to be able to get the alignment because of the problem with the steering that they didn't know about till I told them. I decided I wasn't going to do that and go somewhere else and not take the alignment. During all this, I called multiple times because they would never give me updates, finally they told me its on the lift and made sure they weren't doing the alignment or the 350$ part and I told them no. 
Once I get there I get the bill and its exactly the same as it would have been if the alignment had been included. Apparently they took it upon themselves to put in a part without asking me and charged me 100$ for it. I decided to call them when I got home so as not to have a yelling fest in front of their other customers. I get a mechanic that says he's very sorry and transfers me to the owners who completely rips me apart, tells me I don't know anything about mechanics and yells about these "Links" and doesn't know the full name for them. He continues to call me a stupid customer and rants about how I could bring it back and he will charge me another 2 hours to take them off.  He then tells me "everything we did means nothing because you didn't do the 350$ part" which surprised me to say the least since its still costing me over 700$. Finally I go in to get the part and in front of customers he yells at me and tells me "I never call unless its over 100$". 
So essentially if you don't mind being charged up to 300 dollars extra because you are away from your phone and the mechanic feels like diddling with your car without your consent; than by all means, this is the garage for you.

This garage is the most honest, helpful and efficient garage EVER! Lorenzo makes you feel like you are his only customer. We are always really happy with the service we receive and his fair pricing. It's such a relief to trust in your mechanic. Top notch. We highly recommend Lorenzo and his team.

We have been coming here since they opened and have always had such fantastic service.  A real honest and reliable mechanic.  And always greeted with a smile.  Highly recommend.
