PNC Bank

I run a business and make decent sized deposits and large large withdrawals and I went twice and they said this is too much and I don't show a history of you doing this what's going on? I then reply with it's my money and I can do what I want with it and whenever I want with it. I have a history of this and have no issues in the Lansing or Okemos branch. Stay away from this place.

I will always use the outside ATM at this location because the drive up window clerks are horrible. I have just moved to the area and the female window clerk was rudely questioning me on why I was using this location for my banking needs. I have been with pnc for 10 years and this location has by far the worst customer service experience thus far. This women should not be working in customer service if she is going to be so unfriendly and flat out rude to long time customers. It makes me want to switch banks to someone who appreciates their customers. This location needs help!! Management should be more present to help with this issue because nobody should feel like how she made me feel. It is truly unfortunate.
