Awesome credit union! I could not say enough things about why this experience with LAFCU is awesome. The risk prevention department is very good. I receive phone calls whenever I making purchases that are out of the ordinary. At times it can seem inconvenient but it also does protect me. Whenever I call, they are helpful they consistently go above and beyond. I have kept my account with them even though I moved 60 miles away because of the extraordinary service that I receive!

I love that LAFCU is so advanced in technology. The new ATM's that let you video chat with a live person. I don't even need to get out of my car to see a teller. I use the remote deposit a lot more than I ever thought I would. At first I didn't understand how to use it, the teller at the Dewitt branch was happy to show me. If I want to go inside, I am always welcomed with smiling faces. I love my credit union.

Nice bank. A bit of wait in line most of the time but tellers tend to be friendly.
