Haven’t been to an in like 4 years so I really have no frame of reference but it had all the latest songs. Took a while to figure out the controller but basically you can search by artist or title, and in Korean, English or Chinese. Rooms look a bit dated and the acoustic setup is typical super-high reverb and tinny sound but it scratches the itch.
Went here with my friends for the first time last week and had an amazing experience. The person at the front desk was nice and paitiently explained how the machine worked to us also gave us an extra 10 mins of time because he took some time in the beginning explaining everything. It was a little bit loud at first but got it turned down after we asked you can't turn it down yourself you need to ask the person at the front. If you aren't used to korean karaoke places you might be a little bit caught off by the reverb but you get used to it after a while. The sound proofing was also pretty good you couldn't hear other people while you were inside but you could hear people while you were in the waiting area. We paid $35 dollars in total for 4 people which was pretty fair.
So much fun!! Lots of English choices, fair price for the room and they gave bonus time too! We loved it so much we went back again the next day! Good size, clean rooms.
Fun place! Super friendly staff!! Gave us an extra 15 mins for free. Big, clean room and lots of English song selections as well!!
Had an amazing time doing karaoke here for my sister’s birthday! For 3, it’s $35 per hour. They give complimentary time, about 15 minutes, when your hour’s up. I found our room to be clean. Water’s not free, it’s a flat $1.50 per bottle. I didn’t have to wait at all on a Friday night after 10 pm.
This place was very clean and the karaoke machines properly worked. Three of us have spotted no problem while we were singing in this place. Price was reasonable although I don't actually remember how much. it is also a good place to go with some buzz from drinking as it is right next to a Korean pub.
Solid karaoke experience. I went in with 3 others and it cost us $60 for 2 hours. Song selection is good, they have snacks and refreshments available and the staff was friendly. The rooms had tambourines inside and were lit up with party lights. Very fun overall, would recommend.
Big room, tambourines add value, owner gave us complimentary time since there wasn't anyone after us. Heater broke down previous day when I requested warmer temp so had to move around to heat up. Other karaoke place had mic covers. Scale 5/5 recommendable 4/5 repeatable 3/5 ok 2/5 lots of improvements, won't go back 1/5 regret trying $30 for 2 people 1hr+ bonus:
The tambourines and the disco lights make it a party! Additionally, the owner had added complimentary minutes on our timer since it was a slower weeknight. He was a very friendly man who was always readily available to answer our questions about the remotes/equipment.
‪Price was reasonable we paid $30 for 2ppl, Very close from Lougheed town skytrain station, Great machine qualities, Big and clean room. The most thing I liked, that the owner and the staff were very kind. I will come here again for sure!
