Horrible person across the counter. Very loose tongue and doesn’t really know how to talk to customers. Very abusive and aggressive man over the counter, pls watch out and be carful as I almost got assaulted.

Bad costumer service. I was there to pick up a package, tru UpS. They told me it wasnt there, after I gaved the tracking nos. I told them to look more further because IT was delivered at my place sunday, but I missed it. The next day Monday, after work I went to their store , but he cant find the package. I called the UPSI got so frustrated and called the store again and asked them to look further. After 15 min, the store called me back again and told me the box was there. So frustrating.

Amazing little place with great service. I will exclusively use this spot for all UPS related stuff. I am so done with the drama of UPS stores and their weird hours/ closed Sunday BS.

This Karaoke bar is amazing! The owner is so fun and they let us stay after close and have a dance party! Awesome music! Fun party room! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun time in Surrey! Much love!

The fellow working that night was so nice! He stayed open a little after hours to accommodate us. We used the "Topaz" room. The sound system seemed overloaded but we didn't know how to lower the volume. One of the TV screens seem faded or damaged near the middle left area, so it would be difficult to read the lyrics in that spot. We also didn't understand the room lights as it would go from dark lighting when the music is playing, to extremely bright after the song finished. Was worth checking out since we were in the area and in the mood for Karaoke

My friends and I went here on a Tuesday and it was only us there and the man running the place was incredibly kind to us! He even let us stay past our time for free! Very generous and a fun selection of songs! My friends and I will surely be back in the future!

Good for UPS package retrieval

Friendly and accomodating staff and I was thankful for a huge book of English songs to choose from. Rooms are big and spacious. We had a lot of fun and will be back.

Bad customer service I'll never order u haul truck from back again

Owner is awesome, multiple mic's per room. Lots of English songs to choose from. Song list is kept up to date.
