I highly recommend that you do NOT use this service. Their workmanship is shoddy and they use cheap products. Moreover, they do NOT care about customer-service. Just over a year the handles fell off the plumbing work they did in the bathroom. The original work was completed in August 2014 and I called them at the end of November to report that the handles were falling apart in the bathtub. Initially, I could not speak to a person, so I left multiple messages which they did not return. Finally, one of the original workers came back to check the handles and said that he is isn't going to fix it due the glue residue on the interior of the handle. He walked away letting me know that he didn't care about customer-service. Fortunately, we had a healthcare worker who witnessed the entire episode. She heard the entire discussion. She felt the technician did NOT care about customer-service. Since both my mom and I are disabled, and cannot turn on the hot water tap, Plumbing Masters has left us without any access to a hot shower or bath until we hire another service to fix their work.
