Brent did a great job. From beginning to end he shows you what he's doing including showing your tank empty at the end. I called and emailed around and Brent had the best prices. I'm in Musselman's Lake, Stouffville.. His prices are almost half of some other places. Some didn't even reply or call me back. Cheryl called me back quickly and had me all booked in a flash. She was very pleasant and accommodating. Brent was running late due to an unexpected issue at the job prior and called to let me know. Maybe the man in a prior review should have been patient, his house may one day need more time than normal. Patience is not simply the ability to wait - it's how we behave while we are waiting. If one doesn't like waiting, go pay double for someone else. Brent was very professional, pleasant and did a thorough job and guess what? My septic was never pumped before as the house is only a few years old and I did not know there was a pipe partially blocking one of the holes. Brent could have left and not did it, but he managed, it just took twice as long, lots of water and his next call would be even later. It was dark and he still came, so phew - it's done for a few years and I saved a bundle.

Brent provided great guidance and was extremely helpful and pleasant especially considering our crisis took place during the holidays amidst frigid temperatures.

please stay away from this stupid company they are # 1 lairs and they never show at their appointments. I made 2 appointments with them but they never showed up they never answer your their phone either they also did one of my friend septic in stouffville and he is not happy with the service at all. if you need septic service please don't go with them look for a reliable service NOT A FRAUD ONE LIKE BRENT SEPTIC
