Josh was fantastic. Very articulate, personable and knowledgeable about how everything works, what parts need to be checked and why, what to look for, etc. I also liked that Josh called ahead of time to give me his ETA. Haley very nice too. Great staff! First time using Reliance for annual service for furnace and AC (usually use competitor) and am very pleased. Highly recommend them! Hakim came today and was amazing. Super knowledgeable and very friendly and efficient. I am really impressed!

Gabriel was the best technician I have had to service my furnace. He took the time and vacuumed and wiped the furnace from dust. He also showed me how to change the furnace filter, as it the old style, wrap around type. He also checked the carbon dioxide with his meter. He was very thorough. I will have him back anytime.

Would absolutely recommend. Jordan who sold us our package was thorough, punctual and organized. The crew that installed our furnace and A/C (Mike, Bill & Nick) were great, helpful, cleaned up after they were done and helped explain everything from the products to our new nest app. They came and stayed exactly as long as when sales said they would.
