I highly recommend this company. They where professional, courteous and and kept me informed every step of the way. Couldn't ask for better service . They came fixed my issue was respectful of my home. Left work area clean after they where done. 5 star company if u ask me.

Vaillancourt Plumbing has a professional and reliable team of people. Patsy on reception is concise, friendly, and practical. She knows what works and makes scheduling seamless. Stan, our plumber has installed our water heater in our 1943 house and he recently hooked up our new kitchen sink and bathroom vanity under our new counter tops. Stan in particular was invaluable in giving advice and helping to solve an issue with our vessel sink install. The quartz counter tops from a big box special order had been cut for the wrong sink. Rather than make do with a makeshift drain situation Stan put the job on hold for us and gave us the time and advice to get the correct sink for the job to ensure the best possible results. Rather than rush the installation of the wrong product, Stan helped with his considerable knowledge and we are fortunate to have benefited from his expertise. Thank-you to all at Vaillancourt. This is the first very old house we have owned and you have given us the confidence and security to maintain the charm of the old home with solid, reliable and contemporary upgrades. Amazing work! From the time I first called to the end of the job company was very friendly and professional. Kept me informed of what was going on. Work was completed well and within estimated time. Area was clean when working and after completed.I would definitely use this company again.

Start to finish, we were thoroughly impressed with the services of E. Vaillancourt Plumbing & Heating. Very fast and efficient and left the place cleaner than they arrived. Would use their services again!

The job was good, but my wife was annoyed at the cleanup effort. Old parts were left in bathroom trash which isn't equipped to handle it and some parts were left out rather than then out.
