He came to my house, without ringing the bell or knocking. He looked at the job, that was just to change a simple water valve. The verdict : he had solder problems and he can not do it and gave me another one that is way more expensive then he was charging. The lady at the office was very professional and nice!!!

M. Bertrand provided excellent service, and was so polite, professional and helpful! I would highly recommend him to anyone in the West Island! He repaired our leaking valves for our washing machine without any problem. Thank you for your help M. Bertrand!

We had the bathroom and kitchen sinks upstairs stop draining completely last night, and the one in the basement bathroom draining reeeeeal slowly. Did a short Google search, found Plomberie Pointe-Claire. M. Bertrand asked us a lot of questions to try and suss out the problem, came up the next morning, and after an hour, the work was done. He showed me what he'd done, and that nothing was leaking. Very courteous, very professional. I would recommend Plomberie Pointe-Claire without hesitation.

À distinguished gentleman arrives on time and identifies the problem. Unfortunately shoulder problems prevent him from performing overhead jobs but he recommended another company and I was able to book an appointment within a week. No charge for the visit and my attempts to offer a tip were not accepted. I would highly recommend this company.
