The plaza motel is like the Bates motel in that horror movie.. it's dark gloomy and rough looking ..rents are 800.00 a month and 1500 a month for the house .. the landlord cut our vital services no hydro no natural gas  for 52 days. the county of brant had issued a compliance order and the landlord failed to comply so the county restored our services on Nov.2 2020 . now he wants rent for those 52 days ..lol  this is not a place  i recommend to anyone. we're here still cause we are fighting this to the very end. Stayed here in 2017 although the guy who worked 90% of the time was nice the downfall was they don't like to assisst in toilet paper or clean towels . 2 way to many addicts when we were there . Noise almost 24/7 No staff between 8pm and 6am which makes it safe when you have as many users there . Making a complaint got us no where
