Just got back from this store and it was exactly what you'd hope for from a brick & mortar guitar shop. Chino was great in helping me understand what I was looking at and very patient with all of my questions. This shop has a wonderful selection of beautiful and unique guitars that you won't commonly see in larger retail stores and the prices were very reasonable.

I was there to fix the guitar I bought from the marketplace. I forget to ask his name. Let's say, a magician cause he really did his magic and my guitar was fixed. You should visit the store and they have collections of musical instruments. I must have to say, the customer service I got today was great.

Not your typical standardized music lessons. They customize the teaching styles according to your needs. Been attending the guitar class for more than three years and it’s true that music does change your life. Bravo!

Love this place when you first step up the shop, the owner is super friendly and chatty. I brought my guitar to get replaced strings today, and done it professioanly and beyond the service. Such a great selection of instruments and a lovely staff! They were so friendly and really good at explaining everything, even gave me a free keychain and picks. Guitars were all set up and cleaned before they were put up on the racks which was greatly appreciated. Just got my first electric here and I’ll definitely be coming back again sometime. I absolutely recommend Play Music for just about anything guitar-related, you won’t regret coming here :

Very kind and knowledgeable people. I went in looking for a guitar the other week and both Chino and Andrew were very patieny and helpful in making sure that I made the decision that was right for me. A few days later the weather changed and my guitar needed to be readjusted so they offered to readjust it it free of charge for me. Play Music has great service that I wouldn't expect at a bigger store.
