I am totally impressed by the knowledge, patience, and after purchase service provided by Chris. On Dec 3, 2015, I stepped into his store to look for a violin to replace my rental violin. I was encouraged to try out the various models with in my price range and then Chris patiently played the narrowed down selection for me to hear. He was conscientious in keeping the price affordable and advise me on what are cost efficient ways to invest in the accessories. He steered me away from unnecessary expenditures. When I discovered that the zippers broken on the used case that I purchased, he promptly mailed me a brand new case to my remote community without question within days of receiving my email. My violin practice has become so much more enjoyable with the better quality Eastman 105 violin. The previous awful sounds that led to hesitations and bowing problems with my rental violin from my local rental store has turned into much more pleasant music on the Eastman. Chris, thank you for your terrific service.

Kris knows his stuff. I've had a rehair and some work done on my fiddle - happy with the results. Pretty big shop that stocks whatever you need.

Christina is very knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and his trade in policy is great for the growing string player.
