Platform Espresso Bar

Such a cute concept of being in a train platform station so the theme of the decor revolves around it. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Since it was our first time, we had a few questions about the menu items and they provided good suggestions. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding and the food is cooked to perfection. The prices are very reasonable and the coffee and drinks have good flavour. So happy we decided to give this place a try. We will definitely be back.

I love the decor of this place! Food and service is phenomenal. All Espresso based drinks are given a choice of light/medium/dark roast. The Blue Rose was a yummy sweet drink. Both dishes were delicious. The thickness of the toast was just right and crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside topped with the avocado & scrambled eggs... The decor is beautiful, place is clean even the washroom staff is friendly and would come by to check up on us every now and then. I really enjoyed my visit here and glad I came by.

Visited Platform Espresso Bar today for the 2nd time and again, the food and service was top notch. We celebrated my dad's birthday and they went above and beyond to cater to us and make us feel special! Would highly recommend for a simple coffee date or small group of friends or family getting together for a celebration

Lots of coffee choices and delicious brunch fusion foods. Classics done with a bit of a twist I was very impressed. The signature waffle club sandwich was a hit! The waffle was herbed so it's savoury and their curled chips with seasoning are great! I give them 9/10!

Really enjoy this place. We've been here a few times. Coffee and drinks are excellent. We went for breakfast and ordered the avocado toast with scrambled eggs which we added sauted mushrooms to, the bread is thick and nicely toasted and buttered, and its served with a large side salad. So good. We also had the smoked salmon dish that also comes on thick cut buttered toast and a Wasabi mayo. Great experience, wonderful staff, cute place and great food.

Came here for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. The sunrise waffle club sandwich and the chicken panini were both great. I also enjoyed the Rose espresso latte. I will definitely be returning again to try other items on the menu.

Quaint little place could improve by using old fashioned seating from actual or inspired train seats. Staff and cook was friendly and accomodating with my eggs cooking request to be "scrambled and a little runny". If you order the smoke salmon toast make sure to eat it in its entirety the combination of smoke salmon, avocados and toast is a perfect match. The only thing I wouldn't order again is the "Blue Rose" hot drink I thought it would be a caffinated drink but it was a bland hot chocolate. Parking: Plenty of parking

Came in for a snack and a coffee with a couple of friends. Such a cute little place! I just love how the whole train theme is incorporated throughout the restaurant. Didn’t get to try much but my friends had a latte and cortado and I had a iced Sakrura Rose tea. I really liked my drink - I was worried it would taste too much like rose, but I was pleasantly surprised. The coffees also looked nice! We all shared their classic breakfast and French toast cubes. Both very nice simple dishes. Would definitely come back and try some more drinks and food. If you’re in unionville give this little spot a try!

Super cute cafe, I loved the aesthetic and atmosphere. It was very cozy! Good service and food. I really enjoyed the Rose Latte, it had a nice subtle flavour with a smooth finish.

Great coffee and tea selection, and excellent service. Nice to be able to select the bean roast level for your coffee. Nice set up inside, got one of their booths and felt very private. Food menu is okay too, but not as exciting.
