The place is a little busy during the week but that’s not their fault - I love the atmosphere here! The gym is huge and I feel like I can always get a good workout in. This is the fourth PF location I’ve been to in Connecticut and it’s one of my favorites.
What a great place to work out. It has more equipment than you'll ever need, but does not feel crowded. It is very clean. The staff is incredibly helpful and always available to answer a question!
Staff is always friendly & out the way but there immediately when maintenance is needed. Clean for the most partgets a little extra dusty in certain areas Butnthey do sanitize frequently. I do however suggest ALWAYS wiping your machine down before using them. Overall chill vibe judgement free for sure
The facility is relatively new so it is bright and usually clean,my complaint is that machines and equipment will sit for weeks and sometimes months without being repaired and they are the only one in the gym. My other complaint is that free weights are left all over the place and sometimes next to machines which makes you hesitant to use the machine because membership will use that to signify they are using it. This can be solved by courtesy signs and possible prompt by staff when checking in.I have discussed this with other members who feel the same way.nThank you
