Highly recommend! Ken, Bryan and Bill have created a space and a system for strength & movement that is built on a foundation of incredible knowledge and experience. This is not your average gym and these are not your average trainers. You can go anywhere and run on a treadmill or lift weights. These guys custom tailor a program for the client based on individual needs. I feel stronger and more fit than with any other trainer I've ever worked with.

As I got older, I realized the importance of training. No frills or games, just solid work suited to meet my needs. Very satisfied

The trainers here really tailor workouts to your individual needs and goals. Everyone is very friendly and the place is super clean! It's small and intimate, and not intimidating!

Love this gym. Debbie O'Toole is outstanding. She's fit and fabulous and a Granma, to boot. My inspiration and the woman who helped me get my pre-baby body back. LOVE HER!
