OT Fairfield beyond EXCEEDED ALL of my expectations right off the bat. Ralph, wow, just wow. It's beyond clear why you are so loved and appreciated and amazing at your job! You absolutely made my experience. Studio is immaculate. Class is fun. Vibe is addictive. Don't be intimidated like I was and waste another minute not being a part of this!

I have been thoroughly impressed by the staff and coaches. They are incredibly motivating and supportive, always pushing me to do my best. Their positive energy creates a great atmosphere for workouts. Overall, the team has been awesome, and I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a supportive environment to achieve their fitness goals.

If you're looking for an intense workout that shows results, this the place. Great trainer, music and workout. Awesome place!!

I have not been in a gym for years and Mo and team at orange theory Fairfield made me feel so welcome and that my goals were achievable. I could not be happier about decision to join!!

Working out at home was great after being 4 months postpartum, but when I wanted to give myself a bit more of a challenge I looked into orangetheory. From the moment I walked in Mo the manager and the staff were extremely welcoming. Ralph met with me before class, we spoke about goals, what I wanted to accomplish, etc. After that first workout I knew this was the challenge I was looking for. You are always doing something different. Did I mentioned the staff is GREAT? The instructors Ralph, Ashley and Gianna are amazing! They genuinely care, never once I felt out of place.n**even being postpartum and at times having to do modifications, the instructors work with you!!**
