I just joined the gym and went in today to sign the paper work. I just left and was very unhappy with my service. They didn't introduce me to the gym at all. Didn't give me a tour, nor welcome me in any way. When we asked if there was a tour like at the other gyms we have been to, of the exact same company might I add, she told us "there are classes for that". I didn't get her name, but I wish I did. I immediately felt unwelcomed and judged. I asked another employee how to transfer my home gym to another location, she was nice and gave me the paper and told me I had to online. As she did that, the previous woman came out and said, "you're switching clubs?" and I replied, "yes, I'm sorry I just didn't like your service. You guys didn't give me a tour, the t-shirt nor did I feel welcomed" she proceeded to reply with an attitude saying I can't because I can only transfer every 90 days. I'm paying you guys for my service, there's no reason to like that. I thanked her and she rolled her eyes and said, "yep". I used to go to this location a couple years back as my mom's guest and it used to be very busy. Now I see hardly anyone in there and now I know why. Customer service is very unprofessional and staff needs to be supervised.

Been going here for over 2 years non stop. Don't know what other people are bitching about. The gym is fine the staff is nice and it's definitely clean. If you're into the new fitness craze of throwing ropes around and stuff like that then this is not the place for you. The only thing I don't like is a stinky ass smell outside in the summertime.

I don't want to even give this gym the one star. I signed up with this gym a yr and a half ago, my daughter signed up about a wk ago she went w me tonight to sign in for the very first time. The brunette at the desk was very unprofessional and rude. She gave my daughter attitude from the beginning and there was no need for it. My daughter was not shown around or was told anything about the gym. When I signed up I was shown around and given information. When I asked the other employee about being shown around I was told that there are classes that we would have to sign up for. We went to leave the gym my daughter said she felt very disrespected and uncomfortable and never wanted to come back to this location. She asked how she could transfer the brunette again interrupted the other employee by asking my "daughter oh you're switching clubs?" My daughter responded "yes I was very unhappy with the customer service I was given or lack there of and felt unwelcome". The brunette said well you have to wait 90 days. My daughter said thank you and the brunette replied with an eye roll and a yep. This was one of the worst customer service experiences that I have encountered. Planet fitness is suppose to be a judgement free zone apparently this employee didn't get that memo and needs to be trained in how to properly treat guests when visiting your gym.

1/30/18 updated: Had to give that 5th star! Staff are stellar, Anthony Shelby is the most laid back and patient trainer I've met to date, Thanks for the help getting familiar with more equipment! And the counter staff helping in the VIP area are super sweet always friendly, quick to answer any questions and generally help out. The place is super clean. The masssage chairs and hydro massage table (warm water jets give ankle to scalp massage! Omg!) devine! The clientele is polite and friendly while being focused on their own work out, no looky loos or gossipy gaggles, true judgement free zone! No clue why anyone would choose another gym! 1/9/18 Just joined, staff professional and helpful. Other members seemed polite, not much talking or interaction on floor, each person seemed intent on his/her workout. Felt very comfortable here. Plus points: Very clean. Also, have seen no one waiting on machines, even during busy period. Easy to use equipment, great workout and atmosphere. Glad I signed up!

Very clean. Staff is always cleaning and super helpful. Please put mirror in tanning room. Not sure if i have my clothes on right before i leave the room. Otherwise, i love this gym. I prefer this location over the chesterfield one.
