Great place. However, I just want to say thank you to whomever put their trash in my coat pocket yesterday. You can bet I will not be hanging it on the coat rack in the Ladies locker room anymore. Disgusting! There are trash cans throughout the gym, USE THEM!

I really like the gym, itself. The reason for the 4 stars is the lack of professionalism of the front desk staff. There is one young lady that has greeted us and was very kind. Otherwise they say absolutely nothing and do not acknowledge anyone that walks up there, especially if they’re in the middle of a riveting conversation. Even worse, I walked in this morning and said something and the response was the key card scanner in my face to scan my key. Also, there is some cardio equipment that seems to need maintenance that doesn’t always get fixed in a timely manner. Otherwise, we are happy to have switched our membership to LA and prefer the layout and equipment of the Roseville location.

It is a solid gym has everything you could want for what you pay. Little crowded in the mid to late afternoon so be aware you may have to wait for a bench, but the wait isn't too bad. Staff are courteous and more than willing to answer questions and help where they can. The only downsides to here are the early close times they close at 11 and the smoothie bar/workout supply shop is on different hours than the gym itself. As I said tho it's a good gym and I have no problem reccomending it to a friend or family membern

Great equipment and friendly help. For the price it's a very good value. It lacks some of the more high end features that come with higher prices, but it's a good trade off in my opinion.

I have been a member of several other gyms, and I most prefer LA. The equipment is maintained nicely, the facility is always clean, and there are several machines and weights to use.
