The only thing I don’t like is that both Gym are to far. WE NEED A P.F CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN Buffalo.

In my 3 years of coming to this gym, I have never had a bad experience. The trainer Keion was great. He really helped me come up with a great ab workout.

Update after about a year: They added more mats, awesome. They upgraded some equipment, awesome. Still not open 24hrs completely. Still no hydromassage bed. Still no total body enhancer. Half of the TVs are good, which is somewhat better. I honestly think this entire gym needs either a bigger space or a makeover. The pathways to get in between equipment are very narrow and the stretching area seems very tight since they merged it with abs. No real complaint there since they added more mats, good job on that. Just waiting until it's worth it to have a black card membership. If you have a black card, just know you are missing out on a hydromassage BED and a total body enhancer (with red light therapy). Old review: Gym equipment is out of date. No hydromassage bed. No Total Body Enhancer. Their scale isn't even digital. Stretching mats are limited to two. Televisions are pixelated & clearly cheap. They are open 24hrs, but only on specific days. Fridays they close at 9pm?? Saturday and Sunday are left out of the 24hrs too. I can't even come at 2am on Saturday when I've been out all day long. 110% NOT WORTH black card membership here. I came to visit from Sacramento, CA & it's just not even CLOSE to being the same.

The staff has been super friendly, they recognize myself and my guest everyday . The machines are in great working order, super clean, and I love the calm atmosphere.
