Crunch - Hamburg

Nice equipment. I do go after hours, I do a lot of squats and they do have 6 stations for doing squats, during peak time I really don't see a problem with getting at a machine. I don't deal with staff so I have no comment on staff attitude good or bad.

Other reviews are accurate. Place has decent facilities but holy hell are the workers and especially the managers assholes. Charged me an annual fee of $50 after three months after being told there were zero fees. My ass. Went into the gym to complain and was told by the manager she didn't have the authority to refund me. Instead I was given an email address. After three weeks I received a reply saying that I was in fact told by an employee About the fee at sign up.... complete scammers don't sign up there

Staff is extremely stuck up and rude, average wait time for a shake is 5 mins and average wait time while staff is on a personal call in front of you is 8 mins; they make the shakes wrong as well. The old worlds gym crew that was here was amazing, always buzzing with excitement and proactive. Crunch is terrible, please don't waste your time and won't
