Buffalo MultiFit

I LOVE being a member of Buffalo MultiFit!!! I take group classes (with AMAZING music!), like Bike Burn and CycleFit, as well as train with Kris and Carrie. Being a teacher, I like the fact that going to Buffalo MultiFit is one less thing that I have to plan! Kris takes the guesswork out of my workouts (without him I don't know what I'm doing!!!) and designs my personal training sessions to fit my needs. Training is tough...but I LOVE it and I feel so much stronger. I enjoy going to work out, and never feel intimidated. Buffalo MultiFit...YOU ROCK!!!

I have been working with Carrie since the beginning of the summer and she is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Carrie’s enthusiasm makes me look forward to all of my workouts! Buffalo MultiFit is perfect for everyone. I introduced it to my dad, who now trains with BJ. He cannot get over how amazing it is and even how amazing he feels after a few short months of working with him. Although I am miles away at college for majority of the year, FaceTiming Carrie twice a week is how I get by. I cannot thank her enough for the dedication she has in helping not just me, but everyone live a healthier and happier lifestyle.

I had always wanted to find a gym that felt welcoming and fun, and after meeting just once with Carrie and Kris, I knew instantly that I had found it in BMF. I started out just training two days a week with Kris, then added spin class once... then twice, and now pilates reformer. Can't. Stay. Away. The trainers and instructors are approachable, friendly, and really know their stuff, and you really feel that you have their full attention when you're interacting with them. Very positive and encouraging atmosphere-- highly recommended!

I am a client who trains at Buffalo Multifit whenever I can go around my school schedule and every time I am excited to go back. The environment is always welcoming and encouraging, creating a space where I am comfortable but also push myself to my limits. The classes are fantastic for staying in shape and helping build a healthy lifestyle routine while the trainers are attentive, knowledgeable and caring for every client from an beginner to an expert. Whatever your goals are, these trainers will help you reach them. The owner, Carrie, offers specialized sports training and life coaching while one of the trainers, Kris, specials in strength conditioning. Whether you’re an athlete working toward specific goals, or someone looking to start a new chapter of healthy living, Buffalo Multifit is the place to be.

Individual attention, workouts that are specific to you, no fluff, no frills, at BMF their focus is on form and how they can get you to the next level. I would recommend their personal training and classes to anyone.
