Coach Robby and his staff are amazing, it's a gym you look forward to!

Coach Robby is an UNBELIEVABLE trainer. His passion, drive, and knowledge is second to none in the Buffalo fitness community. It isn't you typical cardio machine gym, it's hands on group training sessions that reflect the military discipline and expectations of the owner and head coach. You can't argue with how you feel at the end of your training day though, which is incredible. The gym staff are all very helpful and respectful; they show concern and care for HEALTH, not just physique, and actively try to ensure that their clients stay injury free.
