Monday nights are busy. Generally, no weight slamming (not heard the lunk alarm go off) and most members are willing to move to the next equipment rather than sit using their cell phones. Place is clean and well managed.

The gym is always clean with friendly, helpful staff. I'm in their gym 6 days a week and I've made some great new friends here and transformed myself in the process.

Hours are great, parking is good, decent space but way too much cardio and not enough weight equipment. Weight section gets way too crowded with "non weight lifters" talking on phones and to each other.

I've been coming to this gym for many years now. The new facility on Main Street is one of the best I've seen, and I've been to close to dozen locations in three states this far. Staff has always been friendly, and has steadily improved over the years. Place is always kept clean, which is obviously a never-ending battle. Only a few nits: 1: Both sets of escalators are frequently out of order. (Not their fault, but their management should be nagging the heck out of the building's management company. 2: They do not have the newer water fountains that have a water bottle spigot. I find this odd, since this location is brand new and plenty of other locations have it. 3: Only managers have access to the thermostats. Either get remote control thermostats or let the staff adjust, but do not inconvenience your (paying) members.
