PJC Jean Coutu

I've never received such kind service at a drugstore. The cosmetics lady moved a display so I could access the makeup and gave me a makeup wipe when I needed it without me asking. She just let me browse and I was able to enjoy shopping. She spoke to me kindly in both English and French. They seem dedicated to customer service at this particular store! Even though they have a smaller makeup selection than larger stores, I recommend!

They don't seem to have as much space as the average Jean Coutu, despite the 2 floors. Consequently, some of their product choices are surprisingly deficient, compared to the average drug store.

Très déçu du service reçu. Aller à la pharmacie pour avoir un sirop pour la grippe et se faire dire de retourner à la maison parce que la pharmacienne était trop occupé pour voir un client pour ensuite l’appeler à la maison pour lui dire d’attendre que ca se passe. C’était un sirop pour aider avec les symptômes qu’on voulais, pas un remède miracle.
