PJC Jean Coutu

The pharmacy sets the low bar. They were all fighting amongst themselves and one of them was screaming in the back. They were asking 2 hours to prepare a simple prescription of Tylenol. Go somewhere else, really.

Don't expect to get served in a decent amount of time if you don't speak arabic. Every time I have been, I have spent more than 30 minutes waiting for meds. Seeing custumers come and go as I'm waiting. I wish they would actually serve people in the order they arrive and not by the language they speak. I recommend the one near metro instead, the service is more fair with a decent waiting time.

Customer service isn't that great, wait times are very long& they're not well organized. You need to keep calling and keep going back because they miss items & don't give you everything. Very frustrating.

Today I called Jean coutu at 237 boulevard cote vertu saint laurent option 4 for Canada post around 5.30 pm to check their timings during the weekend but all three times they hung up on me without even talking. Very unprofessionalnservice. You have to be lucky to get hold of someone to talk

The employee in the cosmetics section are so rude and looks always panicked. They look at you in very bad way and thinks everyone is going to steal specially the lady with the glasses and short hair something! it’s very uncomfortable!! They seemed like that they hate their job. If they do they can just quit! Very horrible customer service.nUpdate: went today to the pharmacy and the pharmacist lost my medical keeping in mind i waited 30 mins in line while he was casually talking to his coworkers. Do i look like a joke to you? What is this?
