PJ's Cakes

I ordered a cake from PJ's cakes with very little notice and Darren was so helpful and accommodating in getting an FC Barcelona Cake made for my son's 10th birthday party. Everyone LOVED the cake. It was soft, moist and so delicious! The Bavarian cream filling which Darren recommended did not disappoint. On top of a great cake, Darren also stayed open an extra 1.5hrs after closing on a Friday evening to give me enough time to travel from Princeton after work to pick up the cake! Now THAT'S customer service! On top of all that, the price was very competitive compared to other quotes I'd gotten from other bakers. Overall, my experience with PJ's was a very positive one. I highly recommend PJ's cakes special events/birthday cakes!

We ordered a 50th Anniversary Cake for my Parents. It was beautiful and had sunflowers on it. I posted the picture. What was most impressive was that the inside was amazing....half chocolate and cherry and half white and lemon. We got so many complements on the cake, not only on the decorating but on the taste. Many approached me asking where we ordered it from. This is the second cake that we have ordered from PJs. The other was for my wedding 15 years ago and it too was creative and outstanding. Thanks PJs!!!
