This Pizzaville location serves amazing pizza. I have tried other Pizzaville locations in Guelph and Cambridge and they just don't compare. The sauce, crust perfectly crisp and toppings are so good. Do yourself a favour and give them a try! The staff are also very friendly and genuinely wonderful to talk to. As a side note, I love that they sponsor a lot of sports teams in the community and display the team pictures on their wall. Supporting female athletes especially and community involvement combined with serving amazing pizza gets a big thumbs up from me! Keep up the great work!
Order took well over an hour even though I was quoted 30 minutes- if I had realized it wasn't going through Uber I wouldnt have bothered. I asked for a potato pizza and a Canadian as they look to be the same price for the 2 for 1 medium special and both have 3 toppings but I was given 2 soggy lukewarm Canadians even though I also ordered 2 sides which is an upsell and tipped the driver well. Waste of money even with the deal. Then the driver left my order at the wrong apartment! And all of my "quality" seals were broken. Terrible service and sub-par food. Arincini was soggy and cold, the sauce was terrible. Pizza crust was tough and chewy and they gave me two of them even though I called first and confirmed with customer service that I could have different toppings on each pizza. Will not be returning or reccomending.
Great service! Decent pizza. In a world of conveyor belt pizza, this place is above average, and the service brings me back every time.
Surprisingly great pizza. They do not cheap out on the cheese like similarly priced pizza. The extra large pizzas are large compared to other pizza restaurants. I don't recommend the potatoes wedges, or the other appetizers however. They are dry and not worth the extra money. It's worth it to upgrade the size of your pizza instead.
We have been ordering from here for 4 years, in the last year this place has gone down hill. Delivery if you are lucky is over an hour and you get a luke warm pizza. Today was 4 calls, 1 to order, 3 to inquiry where are pizza was. More excuses than anything. Hire more people stop cutting corners
Worst pizza ever!!! Toppings are slim, forgot one topping completely, no flavour, sauce didn’t come close to the edges, stay clear. Ira needles location, horrible.
genuinely the best pizza i’ve ever tasted. the crust was the perfect consistency, the sauce was delicious, and all the toppings were amazing. the wait times weren’t too bad either. my friends and i ate there earlier today and we all kept commenting about how great the pizza was. the staff were also friendly and didn’t seem to mind that we had brought in drinks from outside the store :
Why open at 11 if you won't have food ready for half an hour? The point is to make the food to be ready when you open. Do better.
Love this place! I had their garlic knots and they were perfectly cooked and the garlic butter that they use is just amazing. Not to mention the atmosphere is great and it's family owned and run! Will definitely be ordering here again! Support local <3
We have been ordering pizzas from this Pizzaville Ira Needles once a week for a very long time. It used to be very good with lots of fresh toppings and crust cooked properly. Lately, I am not sure what changed but the toppings are now scarce and when you order the thin crust pizza it tastes like cardboard. We thought that we would give them a chance to improve and provide the kind of pizza we used to get , anyone can have a bad night, but things have not changed. We are paying $35 for 2 medium pizzas with hardly any toppings and a crust that tastes like cardboard. It is truly unfortunate because I would rather support a locally run pizzeria.
