Absolute worst customer service. Extremely rude staff like all of them. The owner of this location you would really end up loosing customers if this does not change for your location. Received wrong order and it felt like i did a crime asking for money back. We called the helpline and was offered store credit or return on the card so we took the credit and immediately got a call from the store that bring the Pizza back else you wont get the credit from my store. It was like a threat and the voice has so much anger and extremely rude. Whoever spoke like that please note if we are buying food from your place with gods grace we can afford to we are not dying for your 20$ store credit. May you treat yourself with your so called store credit! Never stepping in your store. Also since you wanted the pizza back you could have sent a runner to our place to get it which you obviously replied to me with another rude comment. Anyone buying food from this store in particular be ready to experience the worst kind of customer service.
Went for a quick meal for my child. Rotten salad and expired dressing. Pizza was undercooked. Had to throw it back in the oven. Thanks alot for waste of $ on food! Update: I was offered a $11 credit which isn't even the full price of what I spent on our meal. The money isn't even the point. You served expired food that could make a young child sick. I'll never go back to your establishment. Take your $11 and use it to train your staff properly. Good luck. You need it!
So I ordered a pizza for pickup through website with whole wheat thin crust. When I reached home, to my dissatisfaction I received a regular whole wheat pizza. Hence, I complained to Pizza Pizza helpline number and they offered me a $20 credit to account. Then the cashier had the audacity to call me at 11:15 PM to ASK ME TO BRING PIZZA BACK TO THE STORE. I told him that I live 20km away and wouldn't be able to come back at 11:30 in night and asked him to send a driver/ runner to pickup the Pizza or alternatively I can send him the photos of the Pizza. He then said " I don't want photos, I want Pizza and I won't send a runner for that. Else, I am not giving you $20 credit in this store". Listen up owners, and the staff: I really don't care about your $20 and I certainly don't work for you. To my understanding the staff works for the customers. If you don't want customers to complain, GIVE THEM THE RIGHT ORDER. To future customers: The people there are rude and do not whatsoever know how to act with the customers. Run away to another pizza pizza joint This has to be the worst Pizza Pizza joint ever.
Why Google don’t allow to give -ve ratings? The quality of pizza was ridiculous. The cheese amount on the pizza was very less. So we complained to the customer service, and they asked the store to get us a new pizza. Later on we got a call from the store for giving them the previous pizza back. Till that time almost half of the pizza was eaten as we all were very hungry and waiting for pizza. When we complained we were not ask to get the previous pizza back earlier. So after the call from store, we dint ate the remaining pizza and kept it to give it back. After waiting for 50 mins, the driver came with the another pizza, and in addition to that, the delivery driver was very very rude. He abused us and said bad to my mother, and sister again and again. As per his thinking, we dint pay him TIP, so the new pizza was a free service. He told me, “if you have guts, then come to the store and give the pizza back.” He rudely said, “you don’t get a pizza without paying for it.” So he deliberately meant, we asked for the new pizza and complaint about the quality for getting a pizza for free. He dint even get the new pizza out from the bag, and after such behaviour, I put the old pizza on his bag by saying keep this pizza also back and we don’t want it anymore. He threw the box on the bench and said, “your number and address is already with us, you are already blocked. So don’t even try to order from us.” Such kind of ridiculous service is intolerable. Driver should be taught some manners. We are not the only customers, who have complained about the service and the quality of food at this store. We checked, and there are mostly all bad reviews mentioning about THE BAD, RUDE, AND ABUSIVE ATTITUDE of store employees and the delivery driver specifically. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. I request the franchisee to take this forward and ask the owner to take some actions against such rude employees. We dint pay 22 bucks for such ridiculous behaviour. @Franchisee Manager: please check other comments as well for this specific store, and you will get to know we are not the only one with the complaints of food quality, and rude behaviour of employees. There are plenty of more reviews with unsatisfactory customer service was experienced by other customers too. Never going to order from pizza pizza ever again.
I just ordered a pepperoni heart pizza for my kids for Valentine's Day and this is what I got ... This is not a heart . Or has no pepperoni on it . Not very happy . Also there's no number to call and complain this is B.SFood: 1/5
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND JUST RUDE!! Not sure of the employees name but never greets anybody and greeted me with what do I want ??? Like hello to you as well. Very snappy as well. Would not be returning to this location because of staff. I would rather spend my money somewhere else than here.
Here, delivery people dont know how to talk to customers. I once got a bad pizza taste was off because I ordered many times from here, and I can tell the difference. So I called customer service and talked about the taste of it, this happened for the 1st time I ever complained. So next time when I order pizza the owneras per driver he was owner of the store came to deliver the pizza and started tell that I will put you guys on black list, dont say this thing for my store and kept on saying open the box and check the pizza. He stated all this in a rude way. I complained by calling customer service so they change the driver next time I order. The same thing happened again , I ordered pizza , and a drive came and kept on saying check it check it in a rude way and has a lot of attitude. I dont know what kind of attitude they are having. It happens now as well different driver comes and all say the same thing. Check it in a rude way as they have noted down my name like this was the guy who complained, so ask him to check and funny part is they dont take payment until and unless I check the pizza lol.Well, I will check, but ask in a nice way dont have to show attitude. I love pizza pizza but were I live only this store delivers unfortunately. I see many people have complained about the same thinks like when they complain they get rude customer service from the owner. Seems like this reviews are worthless as still we are having same issue from the owner
This has got to be the absolute worst pizza I have ever eaten. I know pizza pizza is mediocre at best, but this location is complete garbage. Crust is thin, almost no sauce and cheese, and hardly any toppings at all. And the toppings it did have tasted like they were a week old. I would have posted a picture of my food, but I was so angry I just threw it in the dumpster. Don't waste your time here. I've had better frozen pizza that sat in my oven for a day.
Very fast service on walk-in order. Always loads up on the double pepperoni.
They seems to be too fast with the art of the pizza making that. They have the Pizza ready in 90 secs and placed in oven post ordering.
