It was the first time to order from this place and will be the last time for sure.  I waited for 15 min in store for someone to take my order, and they gave me a burnt crust with a little bit of ingredients, the pizza was kind of plain and the bacon was burnt and super hard.  It’s also overpriced since I paid 30$ for an XL pizza but I received it with a small size and I was really disappointed with the quality and the quantity.  I don’t recommend this place at all, it’s the worst pizza place ever, if I could I would rate it less than zero.

There sizing for a Family is absolutly ridiculous... It's basically a large just cut into small 16 pieces which does not feed a FAMILY ... Bought 2 family sizes assuming it would feed 8 people since serving is 3-5 people... it was barely enough for everyone, yet anywhere else i would always have leftovers ! Yes the taste was good but definitely not worth the $$ amount with how much you actually get, especially when feeding a lot of people..

Great place to order a custom personal small pizza over the slices! Very delicious there is an offer of 3 toppings with it. The pizza is abit greasy but its not bad. I do wish you can dine in and eat at the table. There are tall tables just unfortunately just no stools to sit on.Food: 4/5

My favorite pizza in the Waterloo region. Great service and employees. We would buy from them every week but we are outside of their delivery area. Worth the drive.

I ordered a large pizza with 1 topping over the phone and the operator did not listen to my request for Ultra thin crust.  I only had Toppers pizza 2-3 times and pizza aren’t good. It taste blend. It’s is also pricey than other pizza franchise.  I am not going back again to this location.  Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available  Parking: Enough plaza parking

Watch out for the specials scam. as soon as you add anything else to your hill the system will remove you from being eligible for the special and charge you full price. So because we wanted to spend more by purchasing more items,  we were penalized for it. Quite the scam. First and only time I will purchase from Toppers. pizza was mediocre at best.

Ordered the same size pizzas, with the exact same toppings at Big Bite pizza in Waterloo and pay half as much for pizza that’s just as good. Toppers charging 60$ for 2 pizzas  is ridiculous. Will never order from here again.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered at 8:50 pm and didn’t get my food until 9:45. And then it was made wrong… I called in to get the issue corrected and was told would be remade and sent to me within 30 min. But I was not able to eat what I was given as they required it back. I waited another 40 min. Pizza wasn’t at my door until after 10:30 pm. Over and hour and a half for my food. And then was made wrong again… The driver and this store don’t know their own menu. What’s really annoying is this is the second time this exact pizza I have ordered was made wrong. So I have given them a chance. But won’t again.

This pizza place is a total disaster. Not only did they get my order completely wrong, but they also completely disregarded my request for a vegan pizza. When I called to complain, the staff was rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will never be ordering from here again. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for your pizza fix.

I ordered through DoorDash. In my instructions I mentioned that my last order had hardly no toppings and to my surprised my topperotti’s were even worse this time. Not sure I’ll keep coming here if my order is only going to amaze me 10-20% of the time. When you get it right it’s phenomenal but it’s too inconsistent.
