Very much like others in the chain. Recently remodeled. Clean. Hot food was hot. Cashier was unfamiliar with my double-points e-mail and didn't apply the soon-to-expire $5 off. Ice cream machine out of order.

Pretty good pizza. Friendly staff. Took a long time to get our meal. Dining area needed cleaning (probably a result of busy dinner time with little help.)

If you ever have hunkering for grease, this is the place to get your fill. Though they do call themselves the "Pizza Ranch," I actually prefer their chicken over their pizza. There is always new types of pizza being brought out (upon request you can get whatever kind you want) but because of this fast-paced pizza making the quality takes a bit of a hit. I find the pizza to be filling but not necessarily satisfying. The chicken on the other hand is a beautiful piece of art. Each bite literally bursts as you crunch into it. It's so rewarding, and that's coming from someone who has grown up his whole life allergic to poultry! The environment inside the restaurant is very friendly and inviting! This is a great place to go with a group of friends.

In the midst of a renovation with floors half completed and dry wall dust all over. Seems weird. Lettuce old. Service was good though.

I absolutely love Pizza Ranch, but this specific location made for a terrible experience! I requested a pizza for my girlfriend and one for myself. Hers came out fast during the lunch buffet within around 10-15 minutes. When one of the workers came by to grab our plates, I asked if my pepperoni pizza was coming out soon, she looked like a deer in the headlights and said "sure". I waited another 15 minutes and asked another worker, he said he thinks the cook forgot about it and that it should be out in 10 minutes. I waited, and waited, and waited, and finally went up to the front desk and asked where my pepperoni pizza was as I ordered it over a half hour ago, in which case, the gal who said "sure" earlier went to the back and asked about it, and it had been made and sitting there for a bit. It was hot and fresh when I got it but it took nearly an hour from when we arrived and I first requested it before I received the pizza I ordered. Ridiculous and very upset! Would never go back to this pizza ranch again!
