Don't waste your time if you're traveling thru. 6 to 7 people working and 15 minutes to get a brewed coffee! The Caribou at next exit has much better service.

Clean and friendly but slow. Ordered a box of bagels and coffee for a business meeting and it took about 15 minutes. The staff were nice but it just took awhile to figure things out like how to serve a canteen of coffee.

Onion bagel was gross, onion topping made me fat and had a terrible after taste. Asiago bagel and cinnamon sugar are good. Sometimes they barely toast and only put a scrape of shmear on. I have brought mine back before for another one with adequate toasting and shmear. My dogs love the dog bagels

It has a nice look and very good food and drinks. But service was pretty slow.
