Great place to eat. August friendly make you feel welcome. Good food at a reasonable price. Very clean. Recommend it to others

I miss having a Hardee's as an option in my local area - they have some decent stuff on the menu, so if you have to eat fast food, you could do far worse. My meal was good on this visit.

Person waiting on us was very personable. Food was good and good value. Unlike McDonald's on Friday when we came through. Person was so rude we left and didn't take the order and the food ridiculously overpriced for what it is.

The other day, my family and I were on a trip when we decided to stop at this Hardee's for lunch. The food was very good, but there was just one problem. We did not get what we ordered. For one, I ordered a hamburger with just ketchup, just mustard, and just pickles and no cheese but instead received a hamburger with everything on it, including mayo, except for what I ordered. There was no ketchup, no mustard, and no pickles. The only thing they got right was the fact that I said no cheese. Because of this, I had to scrape everything off and go get the ketchup and stuff myself from the drink area. Sadly though, I still didn't get any pickles. This same thing happened to my brother who ordered a hamburger with just ketchup and mustard and no cheese but instead received the same burger I did. Another thing that happened was that my dad ordered a hot ham and cheese sandwich but instead received a roast beef sandwich, and my mom ordered some onion rings and was given curly fries instead. Even though the food was still good, it was not what we ordered. The lady behind the cashier didn't seem to listen to us while we were ordering so that must explain why our order was wrong. I'm not saying this to be offensive, but usually when people order a certain thing, it means that's what they want to get.
