Pizza Hut

Always orders through delivery. 4/5 times my pizza is missing a topping. However, it's still delicious. There's a kind Chinese gentleman who usually delivers to our house and he is the nicest most genuine person ever. He's the only reason why I order from this location.

I ordered a pizza online. And came to pick up. The waitress didn’t even anything when we were standing at the counter, ready to pick up. She operated 1minute on her computer, 1minute made a call, but just no words to me and my friend. Ok finally she said something to me after 3minutes standing and looking at a her right in front of the counter. Really nice customer experience. Applause to Piiza Hut Midland service team. I could understand you are busy. But at least let us know even with a greeting.

This Pizza Hut location shouldn't get such a bad reviews... =p Their service is generally good, and they're busy, so cut 'em some slack. Everyone who's ever greeted me there has been friendly, so my experience has always been positive. I've ordered here a few times now, and I've never had a bad order, nor have I had any orders improperly cooked. My order also has never been late, or delayed, and seeing how busy they tend to be, I believe that commendable. As a former Pizza Hut employee though (decades ago), I believe the product quality could be a bit better, a bit more attention to detail (just evenly spread out better), but again, given how busy they seem to be given there probably aren't as many competing locations in the area, they're fine.

I have to waited to place the order. Otherwise is good place to go.
