Pizza Pizza

Horrible staff. Please use different Pizza Pizza store. Response to Owner: Your store used to be great. I was a regular customer (once every week for approx one year) and always received great customer service by Akeeb (if I can recall his name correctly). I was specifically told by a lady employee - “Go to a different Pizza Pizza store” when I demanded better service and products that I paid for. Upon asking the names of on-duty manager and employee my request was denied and there were no name tags. I did make a complain over the phone to Pizza Pizza customer relations; neither you or Pizza Pizza got back to me. I have worked in retail sector and never observed such a rude behaviour from an employee/owner. Oh well... different store it is!

Horrible stuffs. I try to place a promotion order that they post on their website, when I am there, she said they don’t have it. I try to find out and show it to her, but she said are you ordering? I’m busy. After I showed, she ask others, and proceeded the order, but she gave me the wrong change, I said you gave me the wrong change. She denied it and count it twice, but still claiming she is right. I do the calculations again with her. Then she said ok. And turn around to others saying that I argued a little change with her. I will never come here again. This is the most terrible service I ever see.

came here to get a slice of cheese and they only had one pepperoni left and some nasty other slices so I got pepperoni. Waited 30mins for a single slice and they gave me a slice of Lovers Meat without even telling me they burnt the pepperoni and messed up my order. Thank god I checked before I left. So you give me a slice with bacon and salami and etc WITHOUT even telling me u messed up my order? What if I was allergic or didn't eat bacon?? Then she says “this is more expensive”. I don’t care if it’s expensive if I DONT EAT OTHER MEATS. And she couldnt refund the money to my card so gave me back bunch of coins. Oh and did I mention the cook didn't use gloves and the lady at the cash register also handled the food in the back WITHOUT even washing her hands. Disgusting! Never going back.
