We ordered 4 fried panzerottis and overall not great for our family of four. We all agreed, the dough was crispy with a good thickness/consistency, but it goes downhill from there. Each bite wreaked of oil including in the filling which also lacked cheese. The worst part and what hurt the rating the most was the rancid oil taste throughout each bite. This happens when the oil is overused and not fresh. This is an easy fix for the owner to implement if there's acknowledgment and the follow through - in which case we will give it another shot.
I love this pizza pizza! The main guy is so friendly and always has a big smile to greet us when we go in! My son loves pizza pizza so I have been to a few and this is by the far the best one, even when competing with Toronto stores. Thank you for the fast and delicious pizza! And of course maintaining my supply or creamy garlic lol.
Was at a park nearby with family with newly lifted restrictions on a weekend. It was evening and we quickly ordered pizzas from this location. When ordered online, we asked for a not an unusual topping. But when we reached to pick the pizzas up, that it was not available. Disappointing for the family member for requested it. The order did take a lot longer than we expected which was also disappointing. The store employees were good and were apologetic for making it late and not having enough toppings that would last a weekend evening.
Placed an order today for pick up and it was ready on time, good customer service. But my pizza was over cooked, and it looked like the container of seasoning exploded on my pizza. Overall very poor taste
This is hands down the worst Pizza Pizza Location. The customer service here is always atrocious. You walk in and could be waiting up to 10 minutes till an employee comes to speak to you even when you are the only customer in the store. When you order ahead on the app and expect your pizza order to be ready when you arrive they always seem to burn your stuff so they make you wait an additional 20 minutes and they never offer the customer any compenastion. I would recommend anyon to go to any oter pizza place in Georgetown before coming here. They don't deserve your money.

Visited this place today for a midnight craving, must say the girl who is working has a great smile and positive vibes, she is an amazing cook too after coming home just had my food after finishing work still the pizza test awesome. I asked her name but little bit confused riya riza richa don't remember but her positive aura and smile will visit again thank you for the great food and service
Can’t believe they would even allow this owner to fly their logo. Ordered on the app with a time stamp. Printed in the email it states 30 minutes or it’s free. The app told me my order was ready at 5:00. Order placed at 4:35. Cashed me out but didn’t give me my food, I was told he was just cutting it. Then watched the same cashier take my wings out of the fryer after cashing me out. Pizza came out at 5:12. 7 minutes after the guarantee had expired. Owner told me that the guarantee is just an estimate would not refund my order. Super slimy owner, no integrity what so ever. Won’t ever be back.
Terrible service. I wanted a slice of pizza late last night driving home from hockey. For almost 10 minutes, I wasn't acknowledged by any of the 3 staff members working, with no other customers to attend to besides a delivery call. I had to leave and order elsewhere I felt so dismissed.Food: 4/5
Awesome pizza and great service. Those people know how to make good pizza and service
