I ordered a large Pizzz this morning for pickup. They realized a mistake on the add ons and preparations by themselves. She made good the correction and appropriately compensated . We appreciate the honesty in service and recommend to encourage such business attitudes.
Ordered delivery - crusts mixed up between my 2 large pizzas and ordered a deal with pull apart cheesy bread which did not arrive with the order. Called to set it straight and at least get the bread delivered - the kids were okay with the crust mix up. Was told we could come to the store to exchange the pizzas what were they going to do with the pizza's we returned??!! was told they no longer had the pull apart cheesy bread and did not offer to resolve. I will be reporting to the head office especially as it relates to returning pizzas...gross.
Recently moved to Brampton just on the border of gtown, I tried to place a phone order at the mclaughlin and steeles location however the guy told me that my number was attached to a different address so i couldnt place the order. When i asked him to change my info since I had just moved the day before he hung up on me. Second day in brampton and having wrong order on my skipthedishes the night before I was already getting sick of brampton so I decided to do the 13 min drive and pick up from this location. BEST PIZZA HUT PIZZA EVER!! They make their pizza to spec and how it actually should be. I've been eating pizza hut for over 20 years and recently a lot of locations have been cutting corners on toppings and quality. This pizza was just perfect, very fresh, crust was perfect and cooked evenly. Please do me a favour and dont change the way you guys make pizza because its hard to find a good pizza hut
I ordered vegetarian pasta online around 10:00pm. But they gave me chicken pasta. When I called them and ask them they told me that they will give me refund. It’s not matter of $11 it’s matter of vegetarianism. At last, I can will never come back at this location. WORST PLACE I EVER VISITED.
First time here. Hands down the best pizza in a 50km radius! Acton, Erin and Georgetown are full of pizze joints and I've tried many of them. This place is worth every penny. The dough was nice and soft, the toppings were evenly distributed and everything tasted amazing!

I ordered a pizza today and it was so oily in base that you feel like having a sip of oil in each bite. Ordered first time from this location. They really need to work on their quality
The Georgetown location for some reason makes there pizza consistently with very little to no pizza sauce!! ... so I tried ordering with extra sauce and they just put less cheese on it !! .. I dont get it ..?
Came here years ago when it frist opened not what I expected. My family order 2 XL pizzas for a good price, when we had it, it was not even cooked or done it tasted cold and bland. we were not satisfied. Never coming back here again!
My first time in this place and everything was good. A better vibe from the people would have made my rating a 5 stars !
