Food was really good and server Samantha was amazing. Really professional and friendly service. By far one of the best experience in any Boston Pizza. Will definitely recommend and visit again.
The only reason I knocked a star was because the table wasn't cleaned and they cleaned it with just water when we asked, which kind of grossed us out a bit. The food was actually great and the server was very friendly!
I don’t typically do these negative reviews as I prefer for the restaurant to know and address their own issues. However, I went through the proper channels and did not have a manager care enough to speak with me at the restaurant when I did the survey on line and requested their assistance I was once again gravely disappointed with their cavalier and condescending attitude. The food was horrible, there was a dead bug in my drink and I ended up violently throwing up later. The response I received from head office was to see my doctor and that the team at the restaurant did their best to satisfy my concerns at the table. I will never return. The restaurant was nearly empty at the time, with the lack of customer service and sanitation here it is no wonder.
Visited the resturant last night saturday, was surprisingly empty for a weekend. For the lack of customers present it's disappointing that service was almost as bad as the food. I ordered the calamari which came out so overcooked I couldn't tell the batter apart from the fish. Our server never came back to check on us and I wasn't able to tell her until she finally came back to ask if we wanted the bill. Highly disappointed with this location and will not be returning.
Poor service from waitress. She took way too long to get back to us for orders and the bill. She also messed up our order twice and was snappy with us when we pointed out she got our bill wrong. Food was good though, just a shame about poor service.
The service was poor do to lack of employees! Also communication between kitchen, server and customers was very bad! Especially when certain ingredients weren't available for different items on the menu! When orders came out it was cold, usual wait times was extremely longer for orders! When we recieved dinner ware to use it was dirty due to lack of attention while washing them! We didnt ask for clean dinner ware! We ate straight out of the dishes that were served to us, only because we believe the server had enough of us asking for everything to be corrected that was wrong!
Camelle was truly amazing as our waitress! She’s personable, funny and made our dinner experience today even more enjoyable! She made sure our food came out to perfection and she checked in consistently. Thank you so much for your service Camelle because of you we will be back!
Spent a few hours at a little shindig this afternoon hosted by the BP in Georgetown. This review is only 3 stars, mostly because the pizza was mediocre and drinks were late and limited in scope/variety. The people who worked there were kind and accommodating, and I left with a smile. Parking: Large parking lot. Dietary restrictions: Had a sign out front saying they likely couldn't accommodate dietary options due to inventory issues.
I have never left a review like this… we decided to go for dinner last night family 4. We were seated quite quickly. The waitress came over to see if we wanted drinks which 2 kids sodas, 1 adult soda and a beer. Both kids order off the kids menu and we order 2 adult entrees. One hour later still no food. We were not in a rush so no big deal. Shortly after 3 of 4 meals arrived which 2 out of the 3 were wrong and all were cold. 4th meal comes which is also cold. Waitress was no where to be seen for at least 20 mins. When she returned I told her our meals were wrong and cold which at that point she looked at me and said what do you want me to do? I would like what missing on my plate which was the pasta that went with my chicken. Ummm ok I was told. Then she came ba k and said what did you order? Ok I told her. 10 mins later I was asked again what I ordered. At this point I asked for a manager. Manager arrived at the table with a comment of “what” …. WHAT??? Are you kidding me? She threw at me …. I’ll give you 25% off Ummm can I have the dinner I ordered? No I’ll give you 25% off. Then a plate shows up at our table with dry penne noodles and no sauce!!! Jesus!! Then charged me $3.99 for kids soda!!! This is the worst place and service I’ve ever had!
Had a great time going here with my friends. Had to wait a bit for my food when everyone else received theirs. Other than that issue everything was great. Will come back here again.Food: 4/5
