Goodfellas Pizza

Loved the ambiance, private space that we got, and delicious food. The pizza tasted good but was too difficult to eat as the base was too thin to leave the plate itself. But it has a very authentic taste so try it if you like italian. They have good vegetarian options. Ample parking at the back. Kids friendly. Would recommend going with friends and family.

Amazing food.. Angelina is definitely the best server around.. Sunny the manager and the rest of the staff are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely go there again..

Amazing ambience and sumptuous food! Just walked in and realised it’s a very fancy place! Loved it…we can even bring our own wine bottles here for a get together!! It’s awesome and the pizza is real Italian pizza!!Recommended dishesDiavola Pizza

Good service, great food, reasonably priced. I had sea bass, well seared, but not dry - just perfect. Will try oven baked pizza next time. They have mafia-theme design and you can browse some props in the basement on your way to the washroom. Even some kind of a prison cell. Overall very good experience, will come back.

I ordered take-out online Wednesday evening for pickup at 5:15. The restaurant website clearly states that times are not guaranteed and that the restaurant will call when the order is ready. At 6:00, when I called the restaurant, I received a cryptic response that I didn't know how to interpret so I asked, "can I pick up the order?". Literally 90 seconds later that how close I live to the restaurant I'm at the restaurant and I'm handed my order of pizza & calamari by the handles of a shopping bag. Who carries a pizza box upright on its end? It was a Margherita pizza with little topping so the topping had not slid off. With any other type of pizza the topping would have ended up in a puddle. The calamari did not fare so well. The tomato-based dipping sauce inside the aluminum container was not covered and much of the calamari was covered in it. Needless to say, the food was also cold did I mention that I live 90 seconds away so no travel time for the food to cool down. I called the restaurant after we reheated the food in the oven and spoke with Lana who advised me that there was no manager on site. She also told me that they no longer call customers when a pickup is ready. I have waited for a call in the past and if calls are no longer to be expected why is this direction still on the website? Lana also advised me that Sonny, the manager, would call me back. It's >48 hours and no call hence this review. The fixes seem simple enough: 1. Update your website to reflect current practices. 2. Put the lid in the dipping sauce. 3. Don't handle an order by the shopping bag handles. 4. If you're truly interested in improving customer service, call a dissatisfied customer back. 5. Some manner of reparations for a very poorly done job.

Probably the best take out pizza in town with a discount up to 15% off. Don't settle for Pizza Pizza. They messed up our order last time but they made it right and gave us the pizza we were supposed to have brought home last time complimentary. Customer service is top notch.

So my wife and I went to goodfellas. We used to be regulars here but not anymore after tonight. I got the pasta with grilled chicken which was about $27. The restaurant was not busy and yet the food took 45mins to come out. The chicken was burnt and the sauce started making me sick too. I couldn't finish my meal and had to send it back. I didn't make the servers life difficult, but I'd have appreciated if she'd have offered to fix the problem. But she didn't. But I didn't want to order anything else at that point, since I couldn't wait for another 45 mins for food to come out. I won't be back. The calamari was fantastic though.
