The lady taking the order/making the pizza was nice but her and her coworker did not watch their hands. They would touch any and everything but the sink for soap and water nor did they wear gloves. Please wash your hands after using the cashier, or touching different things/food/items please!!!
I can honestly say this place proved me wrong. I’ve had my issues in years past. They now listen to there customers and the quality is great. The Fort Erie pizza pizza location is making some good pizza these days . Good job and thanks
Don’t buy. Not only they didn’t understand your order and you end up paying much more but also can’t admit to their mistake and at least apologize. Blame is on us never on them.
My partner and I ordered our order at 10:14 on the app. We waited 45 mins before we called head office to see where our food was. The guy on the phone put us on hold and called the fort Erie store to see what was going on. He came back and told us that they were just packing it up and they’d be leaving in a few mins and that we would get our money back within 3-5 business days. Okay, fine. We’ll 45 mins turned into 1 hr and 40 mins. They never showed up so my partner just went to go pick it up as it was now 11:30. Al of a sudden a car pulls into the driveway and it was the delivery guy and my partner was right behind him. Apparently they were having issues with the computer technology or whatever. And that would have been okay if they would have just called us to let us know why they were so late instead of letting us just sit there at home wondering where our food was. The food we ordered was fine, it was hot and cooked correctly. But the wait time was ridiculous, they have our number and they could have called us to let us know why. I’m not sure how much more we will be ordering from here, as everyone we do order from here we always have an issue..
Amazing service ! The whole place is newly renovated and is well maintained. They guys that work here are very prompt in their service. I have never had pizza as good as here.

I was with my family visiting the area and we went to that location to get something to eat, clean place, people were friendly and patient with my order I would recommend to everyone visiting that area
This location in particular is really bad. The pizza wasn’t cooked well at the bottom and there was barely any sauce and cheese on the pizza. Picture for reference. We only ordered from here because of the 50% off deal the company Pizza Pizza was having. I highly recommend ordering from a local pizza place in Fort Erie. Ex: Zia’s pizzeria and Papa’s Pizza are amazing Also I can confirm some of the 5 star reviews here are fake and from their relatives/workers. Especially the ones with pictures of the store.
I ordered from Pizza Pizza and the delivery guy was late and refused to give me my order for FREE after I got the conformation email that clearly state 40 minutes or FREE, I told the Delivery man that I don't wanna pay if I can get it for free and he told me if I wasn't going to pay then I won't be receiving my order, I even showed him the email and then the time and he still refused, I ended up paying and after I saw that my Pizza was burnt! Bad Service!
Pizza is very good but their website is terrible if you want to pay at store!
