Absolutely the worst. Had to wait over a half hour for the chicken only to have the oddest pieces. Hardly any coating and very slimie. The gravey seemed very old as it was already going into a solid blob. The macaroni salad was half filled and the fries very dried out.Food: 1/5
Visited in October. Easily one of the cleanest KFCs I visited, walked from the USA and had a great experience here.They let me charge my laptop and work a bit too - thank you!
Vegetarian chicken sandwich takes a long time to cook and tastes awful like a glob of stuffing. They forgot ketchup and utensils for my partners order. Would not return
UPDATE: I came back here 8 months later. I went through drive-thru. I was told 10-15 minute wait and to park the car and they will bring it out. I had to wait 30 minutes on top of the 10-15 minute wait and they never brought my food out. There is a line-up inside of people waiting. I go to the counter asking for my food and that I had now been waiting 45 minutes according to my receipt. He FORGOT me!! He grabs my receipt and fills my order immediately. Note: The chicken covering was all mushy, it's not like it used to be at all. ********************************************** Placed an order at the counter, they came back to me 10 minutes later to tell me I have to wait 20 minutes for chicken to be ready. This is like the 3rd time this has happened, whether I place the order on the app or go in person. Why do I always have to wait??
Not one at the counter to take orders Employees running around trying to prepare orders at not avail.. they need better training better management to run this Place
My son ordered a double stack meal deal that comes with fries and a fountain pop....we ordered through drive-thru and asked for a Dr.Pepper.....pay at the window.....handed us a bottled Root beer.....didn't notice as it was raining and I needed to close my car window...they asked us to pull forward as the order would take longer....pulled to front and went in with receipt and change to correct the mistake.....was told that they would just swap the bottled pop for the correct flavour.....which I then said no....we ordered fountain....young boy comes around and says I'll have to drive back around and get the refund as he cannot make the refund at the front counter....WHAT??......So I said, you want me to drive back around for the mistake you made.....forget it....just refund me the total....I'm done.....to which the young boy takes the receipt and change and walks over to the drive-thru window to complete the transaction....like he couldn't have done that in the first place......unbelievable rude interaction.....this occurred at the Fort Erie KFC at 12:30 on March 1, 2023.......not impressed, and won't be going back to this location......and will be telling my experience to everyone else I know.....Rude and unacceptable behaviour....So sad to have experienced this!!!
Always amazing chicken and so good. Especially the older looking woman in the back with the Hat cooking the chicken. Its always the best when she cooks it. Go then.
Low customer service, food was greasy, all of us got GIT issues next day, won't go there again Still the place was clean, including washroom
Worst kfc i ever seen.......no customer service ...if they get 1 drive thru order and 1 front order so, this store is busy for them.....no communication to the customer and they are 4-5 members at 1 shift ...and kfc is mostly ready to go item .....plzzzz take care for yr customer ...
Ordered on skip, restaurant confirmed and accepted order. Driver was on the way and arrived and then the restaurant cancelled our order and closed on skip so people couldn’t order. We ordered and waited 30 minutes for them to just cancel it when the driver arrived. Terrible service.
