The food was really good, came out on time, everything was cooked perfectly. Staff were great, timely service, the manager came and checked on us which was nice, that doesn't happen usually at other restaurants, so it was a nice change to know we were being well taken care of! I will definitely be back, and telling everyone who wants restaurant suggestions to come here!
Been coming here for about a year and I have to say, the place is just constantly getting better each and every time I come for dinner. I brought my daughter this time around and she was even shocked as a red seal chef herself, with the quality of the food. Honestly good food and beer, can't beat it! The manager made it a point to greet and visit every guest including us during our visit. The wings and nachos we got were beyond tasty, and the service even better! I should also mention the owners are very easy going people. I've just recently met them but they make my family and I always feel welcome and apart of the Chucks family. I really can't say enough good things about this place and the management! I highly recommend to anyone who watches the Leafs and enjoys reasonable beer and food.
Sports bar and grill atmosphere, the service was good, it seemed like just one lady was handling all the tables and she did good with keeping my table up with water. The food was okay, I ordered a steak, it wasn't the best but wasn't the worst, and for the price it was a good deal. Although the piece of corn they give you seemed pointless to me, I would have preferred a mixed veg instead if the option was there. Oh and they were out of Caesar salad! Shocked. Overall it was decent, especially for Fort Erie
I was extremely surprised and delighted by my experience at Chucks in Fort Erie . My only vist before to the Chucks franchise was to the location in Niagara Falls and it was a very underwhelming . My outing to Chucks Fort Erie was definitely five star review worthy !The prices for the quality of food and amount of food was so inexpensive. We had two delicious steak meals that were cooked perfectly the bill was under $50.00 . It had a very upbeat and warm ambiance and our server Brandy was beyond attentive, so professional and made us feel very welcome. All of the staff were very attractive and it felt like I was in Toronto. I will definitely be going back and would recommend this as a must check out place to go in the Niagara region! Chef's
Great place to get food on a date or with the family. We sat on the patio and enjoyed our time in the sun with an excellent server and tasty food. Really hope to enjoy indoor dining at another time when we can.
Went to dinner with my family of 5, two of them children and was very surprised with with everything really. The service was amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable server, the food was fantastic, two order steaks, my grandchildren ate everything on their plate and when the bill came I was pleasantly surprised... all the grown-ups 3 had an alcoholic beverages, the kids ate for $4.99 and the bill was only about $100. Highly recommend Chuck's.
If I could give this a 0 I would. Went in with a group of 3 on Wednesday night Nov 9around 7:30. Not busy at all. Maybe 20 people in the restaurant. Seated right away but then didn't even get a waitress, we waited around for 20 minutes, even asked the hostess if we were going to see a waitress and she said "ok" never to be seen again. We then again waited, still not even acknowledged by anyone in the restaurant. Finally we got up and left right as the blonde waitress was walking by and she STILL didn't say anything. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you enjoy being ignored!
This is the Chuck’s location that my partner and I go to most often. We have been to loads of others but this one is our local one. We love the service we receive and the food is always delicious! Brandy is such an amazing waitress and we always have great friendly conversations with her! We love it here!
Nice place to eat on a budget. Everyone liked their food, the only thing we didn't like was the garlic bread. The bruschetta was excellent, I liked the chicken parm. The booth where we sat was very tight and uncomfortable and we are not big people. Service was efficient and friendly, overall a good experience for slim people.Food: 4/5
Went to Chuck's Roadhouse in Fort Erie...first and only time. Restaurant was not busy. There was only one server, a bar tender and apparently, 1 cook. My friend and I arrived at 12:15 pm and sat there until 1:05 /1:10 pm...No Food!!! So, we up and left. Terrible, Terrible service!!!! Or should I say lack thereof. And to the manager...please don't even bother to respond to this post. Im sure the only thing I'll get is a typical response.
