Pizza Pazzaz

I lt feels silly to give 5 stars to a pizza company in the corner of a strip mall, but this is, my FAVOURITE PIZZA in the actual world. I live about 2000km away now, but when I come home in the summers or at Christmas, I ALWAYS stop in for a slice. Ordering a pizza is good too, but there is just something about the slices in their hot case window. Its the right size, thickness, right amount of cheese and other toppings.... it just has such an awesome texture. I understand that there are many things that are used to grade the quality of pizza, and I dont care about any of them I cant say whether or not this is the world's "best pizza", but it is definitely my favorite

Ordered twice In one month and yesterday's pizza was awful had no cheese on it and big bubbles of air and to be honest hardly any topings, not one to complain but come on.

Best pizza I've had in awhile...very delicious... Plenty of cheese and toppings we ordered a large Canadian and perfect amount of sauce. I'm not from the area...but I will definitely be going back !!! It's worth the drive !!!! Food: 5/5

Called at 8:32 PM,still no pizza and its 10:10 pm.Why have a business if you cant deliver, your product

Very rarely will you actually get sauce on your pizza. This is the third time in a row that my family has ordered a pizza, and got a hollow pizza with zero sauce to accompany it. You end up eating cooked cheese with Pepperonis that are burnt to a crisp. Not to mention the lack of cutting is annoying to deal with every now and then. All though we have gotten some good pizza's on a sunny day, which is the only reason why im giving it two stars instead of one.

This is my favorite pizza place hands down, I'm orginally from the valley and grew up on this pizza; I now live in the city but I take the drive out there just for this place. The staff is always friendly with me and you can never beat the price.

Being from down south I have always been underwhelmed by the majority of local pizza places I have tried struggling to find a good spot, though I have found a couple. Chain store pizza is usually overpriced and not appetizing at all, and most of the the others were just mediocre. Decided to give Pizza Pazzaz a try for the first time and was extremely impressed! The pizza was cooked perfectly, dough consistency was great, was not greasy at all especially for being double cheese/peppeoni, the sauce was on point, and each slice just made me crave another! Great customer service, friendly staff. Definitely recommend this spot and will be a returning customer!

Let me begin by saying that this review is for the valley location only; I've never been to the other location. I have always loved Pizza Pazzazz and I am a longtime customer. My friend's parents used to own the valley location, and I've been a supporter of this business ever since. So it pains me to leave a negative review. However ... my order is, more often than not, wrong. Every time I order my pizza with peppers, they put onions instead of peppers. Every time! This has happened 5 times now and I can't express how frustrating it is. Also, as another person has mentioned, the slices aren't cut all the way through, so your pizza more often than not ends up a broken mess trying to take apart the slices. I've learned now that I need to just cut it myself, but really, the customers shouldn't have to. As well, we often order pizzas with some toppings only on half. It's clear that they just throw the toppings on without paying much attention, because usually they're on more like 3/4 of the pizza than only half. If you have fussy eaters in your family a.k.a. kids, it's pretty frustrating to have to pick off all the toppings that shouldn't be on that side of the pizza in the first place. I will say that the pizza is very tasty and the prices are good. Unfortunately, we've had more negative ordering experiences than positive ones lately.

Ordered a pizza, was told it would be 20 minutes. Arrived and waited for 40 minutes continuously asking where my pizza was. Then they finally realized they didn't make it. So it would be another 20 minutes. Had to leave without even getting my food after an hour. Two people slipped on ice at the front door and hit their heads while I was there cause they weren't salting the entrance. One man was over 70 and I had to ask them for a chair and lift him into it. He was still there when I left cause he twisted his knee. Hope he's alright. Bad service.

Grew up with this place being our monthly pizza treat. Lunch times at Confed were spent there.. My party time 20s found hearty substance with this place... Now I'm older and wiser, but I still drove my motorcycle 700km to enjoy some of the delicious pizza pie! I highly recommend Pizza Pizzaz at either location both Val Caron or Chelmsford. Actually please keep them in business so I can return!
